I love New Year's. It is usually my favorite holiday other than Thanksgiving.
Just a note to all those recent grads out there that had a tough year--always remember there is a chance to start over. Not every New Year, but every day. Every year, every day, is what we make it.
All the best in 2011!

Fresh Links for New Grads
Some recent Web resources for recent grads:
- Job Hunting? Face-to-Face Trumps Online: An awesome article about why you shouldn't rely on social media to find a job.
- College is Worth It, Right?: I still say going to college is better than not, but here's an interesting article by Rick Green of The Hartford Courant.
- How to Tell if It's a Dead-End Job: Some good tips about how you can tell if your job is going nowhere.
- Avoiding Office Politics Pitfalls: Great information about how to thrive at work--and avoid the drama.
- 10 Reasons Yoga Makes Your Life Better: Okay, okay. I'm a yogini. So I thought I'd share some perspective on the practice from a recent college grad, Doniree Walker.
